Timothy "Tim" Edwards Sr., age 61, of New Haven, entered into eternal life on Tuesday November 6, 2018 at YNHH. Born on August 13, 1957, in Farmville, NC, son of Samuel Edwards of New London and the late Irene (Barnes) Edwards. Loving husband of Eloise Richardson-Edwards of New Haven for 2 years. Cherished father of Meklia Edwards of NC., Kimberlee Edwards of New London, and Timothy Edwards Jr., of New London. Also survived by 2 stepdaughters Charlene Hampton and Wanda Faison, 10 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 3 sisters, and 1 brother. Tim was predeceased by 2 sisters.

A Celebration of Tim's life will be held on Tuesday November 13, 2018 at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, 100 Lawrence St. New Haven at 11am. Viewing in Church from 10-11am. Interment will follow at Beaverdale Memorial Park. Condolences may be expressed at hamdenmemorialfuneralhome.com
