Phillip Santore Jr, 79, of North Branford, beloved husband of Linda Santore passed away on Friday, October 14, 2022 at Connecticut Hospice with his loved ones around him. Loving father of Denise (Joseph) Candelora of North Branford and Darleen Santore of Scottsdale, AZ. Grandfather of Nicholas and Derek Candelora. Brother of Marylin (Santore) Teodoro, Bobby Santore, Debbie (Santore) Lucibella. Phillip was born in New Haven on January 28, 1943 son of the late Philip and Mary Santore. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends. Those who knew him knew what a fighter he was and fought all the way until the end.

Phillip was a tool & die maker who had a passion for precision.

Phillip was loved by many in his community as he was a coach to so many.  He loved his NY teams, UCONN basketball, golfing, hunting, bowling, fishing and skiing. He was a man of faith and loved his family and dog Chloe even more.
Relatives and friends are invited to A Memorial Mass on TUESDAY morning October 18, 2022 at St. Ambrose Parish in St. Augustine Church at 30 Caputo Rd. North Branford, CT 06471 at 11:00am.
