Patsy Julie (Boucher) Plummer, age 81, of Guilford, entered into eternal life on Sunday April 4, 2021 at Connecticut Hospice of Branford. She was born on July 21, 1939 in Fort Kent, Maine, the daughter of the late Archie and Leona (Long) Boucher. The beloved wife of the late Maurice Plummer Jr. for over 28 years. Loving mother of Sheila (James) Sullivan of Branford, Jordan Hicks of Wallingford, Janet (Scott) Cushing of Madison, and Kevin Plummer of Wallingford. Also survived by 13 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. She was predeceased by two daughters Wanda Cattaneo and Paula Drew. Patsy loved gardening, sewing, bingo, golf, bowling, going on her cruises, volunteering work through the hospice Thrift Store, and most of all loved by many in Florida and Connecticut.
