Margaret (Peggy) Sims Toucey, age 76, of New Haven, entered into eternal life on May 18, 2021 at CT Hospice of Branford. She was born on February 8, 1945 in New Haven, CT., the daughter of the late Marion (Ryan) Sims. The beloved Mother of Christine Spalding of New Haven and Donna (Philip) Quartararo of MD. Loving Grandmother of Tiffany and Brice Smither.  Cherished Sister of Robert Sims, Patricia Maselli, Richard (Ann) Sims, and James (Kathy) Sims. She was predeceased by one brother Edward Sims.  Peggy was a woman of boundless faith and what she loved most in the world was her two daughters.  She loved to talk on the telephone.  She also enjoyed music, watching golf and NASCAR.  The family would like to thank the CNA's on the first floor of Regal Care for their love and compassion, especially Mary Francis whom Peggy adored.
