Luis A. Santiago "Fonso", 72,of Has gone to be with our heavenly father on 8/26/23. Fonso was born in Rio Piedras, PR on 8/12/51. To the late Victoria Velaquez Rivera and Luis Santiago Sr. He leaves to cherish his memories, his Sisters Maria Esther Rios, Gloria Torres and Carmen Olivera and his children Elizabeth "Vicki" Adorno (Peter), Luis Alfonso "Cito" Santiago III "(Monica) & Sylvia Manuela Santiago and grand children Elani K. Adorno, Nataliya E. Adorno, Luis A. Santiago IIII, Peter Adorno Jr, Jaden Luis Santiago and Jeremiah William Santiago. Fonso was welcomed by his granddaughter Janiyah Syleen Powe-Santiago. FONSO WAS LOVED by many, he was know for always having a love for his children and family, his culture especially the puertorican flag, Salsa music and dominos.
