Katie, often called "sweet" for her gentle and compassionate nature, was a woman of few words but immense kindness. Her quiet demeanor touched the hearts of all who knew her. Katie leaves a growing family, including daughters Elicia Lacombe, and Idella Bell, six grandchildren and an incredible 17 great-grandchildren, and 1 great great grandson and predeceased by her mother Mary Lee Carter and daughter Tonja Webb. Who will forever carry on her spirit. She will be remembered for the love she shared with her family and the warmth and generosity that earned her the endearing nickname "sweet." May she rest in peace, and may her memory be a source of comfort and inspiration to all fortunate enough to have known her.
