Joe passed away October 3, 2020, and Roberta passed away July 9, 2023, both at The Villages, Florida. They will be buried together.

They leave behind two daughters; Paula Kelsey and Karin Kelsey Quaresma, two grandsons Evan Kelsey, and Zachery Quaresma. Joseph leaves behind two sisters: Barbara Kelsey Garrison and husband Rev. Chester Garrison and Kimberly Kelsey Martin. Roberta leaves behind one brother, Gene Losnes and wife Vickie Losnes, and many nieces and nephews and extended family and friends all who miss them very much.

There will be a graveside service for Joe and Roberta Kelsey on June 22, 11:00am at the Indian River Cemetery Main Street Clinton CT, at the Kelsey plot.
