John B. Carbone of Hamden, passed away peacefully at home on February 11, 2022, with his loving family by his side.  He was the devoted and loving husband of Lanette Carbone. Beloved son of the late Barbara and Bradley Carbone. Loving brother to Robert & Linda Freedman and Adrian & Joseph Fortier. Cherished Uncle to Erica (Aaron), Emily (Corey), Derek (Brittany), Daniel (Dee) and Heather. Great Uncle to Logan, Link, Briana, Jason and Vivienne. Godfather to Derek, Melissa and John Bradley.

John enjoyed many years coaching the Wallingford Hawks and Hamden Youth Hockey. Before John's retirement he worked at Peterbuilt and CT Transit.
