Mrs. Joan I. Sands 83, of Hamden, CT., passed away peacefully at home, Saturday April 10, 2021.

Mrs. Sands was predeceased in death by her parents Edward & Anna Keen Inge. Mrs. Sands was married to the late Melvin Sands and from that union they have a daughter Keitha Sands.

Mrs. Sands had a long life of serving Jehovah and spending much of her time with her family, Especially her beloved husband, daughter and grandson, which he called her NAN.

Mrs. Sands, leaves to cherish those precious memories her daughter Keitha Sands, grandson Jitu Garrett, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Mrs. Sands was predeceased by death her brother Lloyd Inge, sisters Carrie I. Griffin & Geraldine I. Branham.
