Francesca DeGregorio Benoit  age 65, of East Haven, passed away peacefully on March 23, 2025 at Yale New Haven Hospitals. She was born on February 23, 1960 in New Haven, CT to the late Frank DeGregorio and late Mary (Piccionelli) DeGregorio. She is survived by her loving husband Anthony Benoit. Beloved mother of Paul (Mary) Efird, Danielle Efird, Sean Hyson, Anthony Benoit (stepson). Loving sister of Magaret Steeves, Peter (Linda) DeGregorio, Joseph (Teresa) DeGregorio. Cherished grandmother of Airyana Hyson, Aiden Mickalowski, John Thomas Hyson, Alijah Mickalowski, and Kiamara Mickalowski. She is predeceased by one brother Daniel Steeves.

Francesca is beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, cousin, and aunt.. She was 65 years old. She was not only a mother to her children, but to all that needed a place. She always had a place at her table for anyone who needed it. She was a lover of animals and travel. She always wanted to take road trips and travel with her family. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She especially enjoyed travelling with her husband, Tony, and bringing her children and grandchildren to Disney World. She was always smiling and kept everyone's spirits up. She always put everyone else's needs above her own and made sure to take care of everyone. She was tremendously loved and will be truly missed by everyone she touched.
