Sousa, Elizabeth (Haggerty) of Madison passed away Wednesday January 30 at Yale New Haven Hospital. She was the wife of Earl Sousa. She was born in Willimantic, CT November 29, 1943. She is survived by 4 brothers, Jack Haggerty, Daniel Haggerty, Thomas Haggerty, and James Haggerty. Three sisters Ellen Tombornini, Mary Miller, and Susan King. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. She leaves behind a legacy of caring for others.

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday February 9 at 10am, at St. Margaret Roman Catholic Church, 24 Academy Road, Madison. Friends may call at the Swan Funeral Home, 825 Boston Post Road, Madison Friday from 4 to 7pm. Contribution may be made in her memory to Little Miracles, 24 Academy Road, Madison, CT 06443
