Anthony S. Capone, of New Haven, passed away at the age of 91, on June 8, 2022. He was born in New Haven, on December 21, 1930 to the late Rose Salem Capone and John Capone. He is survived by his brothers George Capone, Robert Capone (Dolly), and loving sister Jean Capone,
and the late John Sr. Capone and several nieces and nephews. Anthony was a proud member of the United States Air Force. After serving in the military, he worked for the US Postal Service and Yale University. Anthony was also a long time member of the Santa Maria Maddalena
Society on Wooster Square. Anthony had many friends, was the life of any party with his many jokes and great sense of humor. He had a generous heart, and cared for his nieces and nephews like they were his own. He will be deeply missed.

A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Pompeii Church, East Haven on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at 11:00am. There will be no visiting hours. Condolences may be expressed at Hamdememorialfuneralhome.com.
