Ann Hald Palmer, age 89, of South Shore Drive, East Haven passed away Friday, July 31, at Village at Mariners Point East Haven. She was the wife of the late Gerald Palmer and the daughter of the late Arthur and Gladys Cramer Hald. She was born in Queens, New York, on March 8, 1931. She was a medical librarian for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society until her retirement. She is survived by three sons, Richard Palmer of Hamden, Bruce Palmer (Suh-Jane Lee) of Richland, Washington, and Brian Palmer of Palmyra, PA., two daughters Martha Palmer of Baltimore, MD., Julia Palmer of Brighton, MA., three grandchildren Isabelle, Emily, and Adam, and two cousins Madeline McMahon and Kathleen Gillis. She was predeceased by one brother Arthur Hald, and one grandson Simon.
