Alvin C. Collins Jr age 53, of Baltimore Maryland transitioned to Glory on January 19, 2022 surrounded by his loved ones giving all honor and praise to God at Yale New Haven Hospital Saint Raphael's Campus.  Alvin was born on July 11, 1968 in New Haven, Connecticut, the son of Alvin Cornell Collins Sr. of Maryland and the late Yvonne R. (Riley) Harris. Alvin leaves his best friend and loving brother Edward L. Collins Sr, His extended family at W'GATAP Ministries plus a host of family and friends.

A Homegoing Service and Celebration of Alvin's life will be held on Friday February 4, 2022 in Dixwell Avenue Congregational UCC, 217 Dixwell Avenue, New Haven at 12pm (Noon). Viewing at Church from 11am-12pm. Condolences may be expressed at www.hamdenmemorialfuneralhome.com .
